Hollywood Scriptwriters Strike Official - Sitting at my desk in Melbourne, Australia, it's just past 4 in the am, Monday the 5th of November. According to what I've been able to determine, there is supposed to be a last ditch effort to avoid a Hollywood screenwriters strike today, ie, Sunday US time. Otherwise, everything's going to hell in a handbasket.
